We only collect the details we need to deliver our mentoring and enrichment services safely and effectively — such as contact information, emergency details, and consent forms.

All data is stored securely and used only for its intended purpose in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We never share personal information with third parties unless required by law or to safeguard a young person.

 Safeguarding Statement:

The safety and wellbeing of children and young people is our top priority.
All staff hold Enhanced DBS checks and complete regular safeguarding and child protection training, following the standards set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education (2023).

We work closely with schools, parents, carers, and local authorities to ensure every young person is supported in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

We love to celebrate the creativity and achievements of the young people we work with, but we take privacy seriously.
We only use photos, videos, or media of children and young people when written consent has been provided by a parent or carer.

All media is used positively and respectfully — never shared without permission — and is stored securely in line with our data protection standards.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us directly
